Our Support Managers provide experienced administrative and operational support across every aspect of residential property management. This includes day to day tasks such as managing inboxes, responding to leaseholder enquiries, liaising with contractors, coordinating maintenance, overseeing compliance and processing LPE1 enquiries.
We also provide comprehensive portfolio management support, including responsibilities such as preparing service charge budgets, managing Section 20 consultations and handling the wider operational requirements of a portfolio.
In addition, we have dedicated specialist teams to support areas, including Service Charge Accounting, Building Safety and other specialist disciplines. We also have a dedicated Site Inspections team.

No you don’t. We understand that every business is different, which is why we offer flexible support to suit your needs. Whether you need assistance for a few days to cover absence, several weeks whilst recruiting, or ongoing support as an extension of your team, we’ll tailor a solution that works for you. There are no minimum commitments.
E.g. you’re in need of assistance with a leasehold portfolio which includes HRBs, then you’ll be assigned an experienced Support Manager with a full working knowledge of the Building Safety Act.
