Through Peach Property Consultancy, Emma was supporting property professionals and business owners who needed experienced portfolio management support during periods of annual leave, sickness absence and business growth. Sole traders were asking a simple question:<\/p>

“How do I step away from my business without worrying about what I’ll come back to?”<\/em><\/strong><\/p>

Many were unable to take meaningful breaks because there was nobody available to provide trusted, professional support while they were away. Through Connectus Recruitment, Zoe was hearing similar concerns from clients facing recruitment challenges.<\/p>

Businesses were waiting for new employees to complete lengthy notice periods and asking:<\/p>

“Who looks after the portfolio in the meantime?”<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

Newly appointed Property Managers were often inheriting large backlogs of work and complex portfolios.
